Privacy Policy

- Account information: phone number (required and verified by text message), email address, password, or Sign in with Apple.
- Profile information you choose to add: username, display name, bio, status, profile photo, banner, and theme.
- Content you create: emoji posts, comments, status updates, photos and videos, likes, follows, and reports.
- Location (only when you use Pulse): while you use Pulse, the app uses your device's location to show nearby places and activity. When you check in at a venue or event, the post stores that place's location. Other Pulse posts store only an approximate area (about 1 km). You can go Hidden at any time, and you are removed from Pulse when you leave, log out, or go Hidden.
- Device and security information: device identifiers for trusted-device approval and sign-in protection, and push notification tokens.
- Purchases: when you buy iMojify+, a creator subscription, or a tip, Apple processes the payment. We receive the transaction details needed to unlock your purchase, never your card information.
- Creator payouts: creators who receive payouts provide identity and bank details directly to Stripe.
- Diagnostics: crash reports and performance data.How We Use Your Information
- To create, secure, and maintain your account, including verifying your phone number and approving new devices.
- To run the app's features: posting, following, Pulse, notifications, subscriptions, tips, and creator payouts.
- To keep iMojify safe: reviewing reports, blocking and muting, and automatically filtering offensive words from profiles and posts.
- To fix problems and improve performance.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising or tracking.What Others Can See
Your username, display name, bio, status, photos, and posts are visible to other iMojify users. You can make your account private so only approved followers see your posts. Your phone number and email address are never shown to other users.Service Providers
We share information only with the providers that run iMojify:
- Apple: Sign in with Apple, App Store purchases, and push notifications.
- Google / Firebase: accounts, database, file storage, servers, push notifications, and crash reporting (Crashlytics).
- Google Places: finding nearby places for Pulse.
- Stripe: creator payouts.
- SendGrid: account and notification emails.
Your data is stored in the United States.Your Choices and Rights
- Delete your account anytime in the app: Settings > Delete Account. Your profile, posts, and associated data are removed from our systems. Encrypted backups are kept for up to 14 weeks before they are permanently erased.
- Download a summary of your data in the app: Settings > Download My Data.
- Edit your profile, make your account private, block or mute people, and turn notifications on or off in Settings.
- Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to object to how we use it. Contact us and we will help.Children
